This gasket is manufactured with a larger 70 mm bore diameter to accommodate the Ford Racing 65 mm throttle body and EGR spacer. Fits between EGR spacer and intake manifold. If you have ever tried to modify the production gasket to fit a larger spacer, you  will truly appreciate these pieces. Also use with M-9927-A50 adapter.
